Caroline joined South Shore at it’s inception in November 2019. In her previous incarnation as a Freelance Executive Producer she ran high profile brands X Factor and Big Brother; Generated many column inches with challenge shows The Jump and Sink or Swim; and bossed elderly celebrities (The Real Marigold Hotel) and whip smart 6 years olds (What Would Your Kid Do?) in successful Fact Ent formats Caroline now oversees South Shore’s entertainment slate and has delivered returning series for ITV (Cooking with the Stars) and Channel 4 (The Greatest Snowman) in the company’s first 24 months.
